IInd Year Lateral Entry

A few seats are available in IInd year for ECE, CSE & IT Diploma holders with more than 60% in the final 2 semesters eligible. No entrance/ 1st year papers.

5 YEAR M.Sc. FOR +2

5 Year M.Sc. Integrated Programme in Computer Technology. +2 passed candidates with Maths +Physics eligible. Excellent Programme for jobs in IT field.

MBA

Any Graduate eligible to apply. Preference to those with Engg., Maths, Commerce, BBA etc. Department has eminent Professors like Dr.G.Sidharthan, Dr. N. Raja Nair & Dr. VTR. Vijayakumar.

MCA

Newly sanctioned by AICTE 60 seats availbale. Apply immediately. Graduates with Maths at +2 level eligible.

Admission for First Year B.E.
Candidates seeking admission to the first year of the four year B.E Degree course in engineering shall be required to have anyone of the following qualifications.

Pass in Higher Secondary Course (Academic) with Mathematics , Physics and Chemistry.

A pass in higher secondary course (Vocational) in Engineering / Technology and one of the related subjects with Mathematics, Physics / Chemistry as related subject.

A pass in Diploma in Engineering of the State Board of Technical Education and Training Tamilnadu or its equilent.

Any other qualification accepted as equilent by the Anna University.

However, the candidate opting any displine should have scored the requisite minimum prescribed aggregate marks in the qualifying examination.
In addition to this, the candidate should have written the entrance examination designed to test the proficiency of the standards prescribed for plus two academic stream of the Tamilnadu Board of Higher Secondary Education.

Eligibility: Candidates seeking admission to the first year of the four year B.E Degree course in engineering shall be required to have anyone of the following qualifications.

M.Sc. (5 year Integrated) Programme:

The five year integrated M.Sc. Programmes are meant for +2 passed students with Maths and Physics/Computer Science as their subjects of study.
However, the candidate opting any discipline should have scored the requisite minimum prescribed aggregate marks in the qualifying examination. In addition to this, the candidate should have taken entrance examination designed to test the proficiency of the standards prescribed for plus two academic stream of the Tamilnadu Board of Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent.

For First Year MBA:

Any Degree, preference for BE/BTech/B.Com/B.Sc Maths, Phy, Chem, Stat, Comp. Sc/BBA/ BA graduates with Maths background,.
Candidates should also have taken one of the entrance tests. Please contact Management for further details.

Admission Procedure
Applications forms and information brochures can be obtained from the office on payment of Rs 200.
By the date of registration of the application, the candidate must have appeared in all the qualifying examinations. Candidates who have not satisfied the norms stipulated by the Anna University at time of admission will not be considered and their registration will automatically stand cancelled.

Release of admission list (main list and waiting list will be announced on the same day)
Date for closing of admission. (As announced by Government/University)

The waiting list should be activated only on the expiry date of main list.
The policy of refund of the fee, in case of withdrawal, will be clearly notified. (Fee for one semester will be retained if the student started attending classes)
