Applications are invited from bright, young candidates for a temporary position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in the project entitled “Codoping and band gap engineering in ZnO thin films for optoelectronics applications” sponsored by Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), Govt. of India, New Delhi. (DRDO Ref.No. ERIP/ER/0704401/M/01/1077 dated 06 August 2008)
Name of the Position : Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
Minimum Qualification : M. Sc. (Physics/Applied Physics) with I Class. Preference will be given to NET/GATE candidates.
Duration of the Project : 3 Years
Emoluments : Rs.12000/- p.m. (consolidated) (III year upgraded as SRF; Rs.14,000/- p.m)
