Applications are invited for the selection of a Junior Research Fellow in a DAE (BRNS) sponsored project entitled 'A Study of Warm Inflationary Scenario in String Cosmology' at Department of Physics, Assam University, Silchar.

Qualification: M.Sc. in Physics with minimum 55% of marks. Knowledge of Computer programming is necessary.

Fellowship: Rs 12,000 p.m.
Duration: Two years (extendable to 3rd year)

Application along with bio-data should be mailed to Dr Atri Deshamukhya, Principal Investigator of the Project and Reader, Department of Physics, Assam University, Silchar at atri.deshamukhya [at] gmail [.] com within 15 January 2010.

The interview will be held at Raja Rammohan Roy Administrative Building of Assam University, Silchar Campus on 22 January 2010 at 11 am. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
